INTERNATIONAL DAY OF YOGA 2K21

               Today is an 7th international day of yoga. The theme of the yoga day 2021 is 'Yoga for well being-how the practuce of yoga can promote the holistic health of every individual'.Yoga is the gateway of Happiness that body needs in daily life. It brings together ohysical and mental diciplines to acheive a peaceful body and mind. Yoga increases your flexibility, helps to build strength, improving your posture, helps to keep your joints healthy, and reduces stress and also lowers your blood pressure etc
                 Our classmate and teacher trainee Smt.Dayana Suresh, she was a yoga trainer and consultant. She talk about the importance, history, and different poses importance. It was a new source of information talk.
